When FlightStory—a media, marketing, and investment powerhouse founded by British entrepreneur and Dragon’s Den investor Steven Bartlett—leased an entire 23,000-square-foot building for its next phase of growth, it faced a challenge: how to manage space of this scale without an in-house office or property manager. From compliance lead to real estate partner
Initially, Kitt’s role focused on compliance and operational readiness. Through a three-month onboarding phase overlapping with the previous third-party management provider, Kitt established foundational services that ensured FlightStory’s new home was safe, compliant, and optimally managed. Service areas included Health and Safety, Security and CCTV, Cleaning, Maintenance, and Food and Beverage. But as FlightStory’s needs evolved, so did Kitt’s role. The partnership expanded to include Project Management, Subletting, Space Optimisation, and Concierge services.|
Leveraging technology for seamless operations
A crucial element of the partnership is technology. FlightStory actively uses Kitt’s app to streamline communication, report issues, and efficiently manage space. This tech-enabled approach allows for real-time responsiveness, helping FlightStory maintain high standards and keep pace with rapid growth.
