Our Designers want to get to the heart of your brand and culture - this workshop is all about inspiring you to think about what is important (or not) in your space.

Our design experts work with you to understand how the nuts and bolts of your company operates and how your space can be optimised to maximise the performance of your team. Here you can expect space plans and workpace strategy advice - all tailored to your business!

Once the design foundations are set, it's time to choose what's actually going into the space. Which furniture options do you prefer? How do you want the accessory details in your space to reflect your business? What colour scheme?

An important step is our construction expertise, allowing us to make any built environments and reality - we will want to work with you on this early so that we can make sure everything works onsite.

A final touch in your space is choosing your finishes and extra touches. We can choose these for you based on your style guidance or you can have a browse through all of the details - it's up to you!

Your office package with Kitt includes everything from design, to fit-out and management.

Once you've signed off your design and fit-out specification you can expect to move in within 8-12 weeks, depending on the requirements of your build.

In a Kitt office, your lease is set up as a direct contract between you (the tenant) and the building owner (the landlord) - this is not Kitt. You will then have a separate Management Services Agreement between yourself and Kitt.
