Refer a Company to Kitt

You can refer anyone that you know on a personal or professional basis who is looking to move office space in the near future (ideally within the next 6 months).

In order for a referral to be eligible, the incoming tenant (Referee) must take an office of 1,500 sq ft or larger, which must include management services provided by Kitt, for a minimum term of 24 months.

You can refer companies based in any country, however, they must be looking for space in Central London.

You can submit a referral in any of the methods below:

  1. Completing the referral form on this page above

  2. Emailing a current member of the Kitt team, including the company name, the full name of the relevant contact, their position in the company and email address for the Prospective Referee

  3. Being stated as a referee in an email from a Prospective Tenant to a current member of the Kitt team as a referrer

A member of the Kitt team will confirm via email that we have received your submission. No need to do anything further and we will let you know if it is successful!

The search & leasing process typically takes anywhere between 3-6 months to complete. When Kitt receives the first payment, we will notify you about claiming your reward. Please respond within 30 days and we will get it promptly to you!

The value of credits depends on the square foot of the office they secure:

  • £2,500 for a 1,500-2,500 sq ft referral
  • £5,000 for a 2,501-4,500 sq ft referral
  • £10,000 for a 4,501+ sq ft referral

Terms and Conditions

The referral incentive applies to all new introductions to Kitt of prospective customers who attend a viewing and subsequently then enters into a Land Contract and a Management Services Agreement within 6 months of the viewing.
 
The Referrer may make an introduction by either:
 
  1. Completing the referral form hosted at https://www.kittoffices.com/referrals
  2. Emailing a current member of the Kitt team, including the company name, the full name of the relevant contact, their position in the company and email address for the Prospective Tenant; or
  3. Being referred to in an email from a Prospective Tenant to a current member of the Kitt team as a referrer.
