Finsbury House

A double-height manned reception sets the tone at Finsbury House, a substantial floorplate on Finsbury Circus a few minutes from Liverpool Street and Moorgate. Communal meeting rooms and an event space sit alongside the lettable floors, so a team can host without giving up its own desks.

The building is under refurbishment and due to complete in February 2027. Floors are available whole or split, from a 1,766 sq ft suite to the 4,172 sq ft third floor, with the fourth and fifth offered as a Cat A custom fit-out opportunity.
