What is the typical lease term?

Our spaces are built around flexibility. Most spaces offer 2–5-year terms, but we can offer agreements from 12 months upwards, depending on the space.

Kitt can bolt on management services to any leasehold property. Here, the client contracts under a normal lease structure with the landlord, and Kitt contracts with the tenant under a simple MSA. The MSA covers design, build and management of the space
