Your office package with Kitt includes everything from design, to fit-out and management.
Once you've signed off your design and fit-out specification you can expect to move in within 8-12 weeks, depending on the requirements of your build.
In a Kitt office, your lease is set up as a direct contract between you (the tenant) and the building owner (the landlord) - this is not Kitt. You will then have a separate Management Services Agreement between yourself and Kitt.
