    Just message our support team through the Kitt app. We respond in under 2 minutes during business hours and resolve most issues quickly.

  • Do we have a dedicated contact at Kitt?

    Yes. You’ll have a named account manager, backed by a team that supports everything from onboarding to daily operations.

  • Is the office fully private?

    Yes. Every Kitt space is a private, self-contained office.

  • Can we customise the design of our space?

    Absolutely. From layout to branding, our Design Team works with you to create a space that reflects your culture and ways of working.

  • What’s included in our monthly price?

    Everything: rent, business rates, service charge, building insurance, utilities, cleaning, internet, maintenance, health and safety, and a dedicated support team – all included in one monthly cost. You can also customise your package with additional services, like groceries or a lunchtime housekeeper.
