What's included

Kitt provides a minimum of 200 Mbps internet service over managed WiFi as standard, with the infrastructure and support to keep it running smoothly.

Our WiFi management service includes:

• Custom network design configured for your space, team size, and operational needs
• Secure WiFi for offices, with protected access for staff and separate guest networks where required
• UPS power protection, installed as standard to safeguard against outages
• Real-time power monitoring so we can respond to issues before they affect your team
• Dedicated in-house support with a 45-second average response time during business hours for network changes, hardware replacements, or troubleshooting

For requirements beyond wireless, we can build out a comms room, provide rack space, or procure a full LAN.

Your network, your hardware, your choice

We're not prescriptive about IT. If you have existing equipment, we can provide a handoff to a wires-only internet service. If you prefer to manage circuits through your own ISP, we'll coordinate around their lead times. You're also welcome to supply your own UPS for any additional hardware.
