The journey to move-in day
Kitt led BMJ through the whole process, from design and legals to fit-out and operations – cutting out time-consuming handovers, speeding up strategic decision-making, and giving BMJ a single point of contact for the entire office move experience. Kitt completed the legal phase in parallel with design and procurement to keep the programme tight without compromising quality. BMJ stepped into a fully branded and operational home on day one, meaning their team never without missed a beat.

A smart space for a household institution
BMJ wanted a workspace that felt fresh and recognisable without investing heavily in new furniture. Working closely with BMJ, the Kitt team repurposed existing furniture, introduced a few new pieces, and wove in subtle branding to create a space that’s inviting and unmistakably BMJ. More than 90% of BMJ's new office furniture came from their existing space – a major win for sustainability and cost-effectiveness!
