They're trained across multiple disciplines, including electrics, plumbing, painting and decorating, and receive continuous training so we can bring more services in-house over time, including work like fire extinguisher servicing that previously required external contractors.
Sticking doors, leaking pipes, faulty sockets, and worn flooring are all handled by the same team that maintains the building day to day.
