Response times that beat the industry average
When you report an issue in a Kitt-managed office, you're not entering a queue that disappears into the void. Our support team averages a 45-second response time during business hours. A real person acknowledges your ticket almost immediately, and from there, the repair is scheduled based on urgency.
P1 – Emergency office repairs
Issues causing major disruption to your team or risking structural damage, such as significant leaks, complete power failures, or broken access systems are addressed within four hours.
Standard repairs
Everything else – the loose handle, the flickering light, the tap that won't stop dripping – is typically booked for same-day or next-day resolution.
In 2025, we resolved 80% of all tickets the same day or the next day, significantly better than most of the industry.
In-house expertise
Speed only matters if the person who arrives can fix the problem. Our team of maintenance specialists are trained across multiple disciplines: electrics, plumbing, painting and decorating, flooring, and general repairs. Most urgent issues can be handled without calling in external contractors.
When specialist contractors are required, we coordinate them: sourcing quotes, managing access, and chasing completion so you don't have to. Occasionally, part availability affects timing for specific repairs, but we'll keep you informed throughout via our proprietary office management platform.
When to raise a ticket
If something in your office isn't working as it should, report it. There's no need to assess whether it's "serious enough" – that's our job. The ticketing system on our platform captures the details, our team triages based on impact, and the repair is scheduled accordingly.
For genuine emergencies, same-day office repairs where delay would cause significant disruption or damage, flag the urgency when you log the ticket, and we'll prioritise accordingly.
