HVAC systems 

Monthly filter inspections ensure heating, ventilation, and air conditioning run efficiently. Filters are cleaned every three to six months, depending on usage; more frequently in heavily occupied spaces. Annual servicing covers refrigerant (F-gas) levels, which are legally required checks because fluorinated gases are environmentally harmful if they leak.

Lighting

Monthly lamp checks identify bulbs approaching the end of life, with replacements scheduled before they fail. Nobody wants to work under flickering lights while waiting for a fix.

Filtered water systems 

If your office has a filtered tap (such as a Billi or similar hot/cold system), regular filter changes and gas level checks keep it functioning properly. 

Water heaters 

Ongoing monitoring keeps hot water reliable and catches issues early, rather than letting them go undetected until a cold tap.

Beer kegs 

For offices with beer taps, monthly line cleans keep the system hygienic and ensure a consistent pour.
